01This website

breaker.studio is a static site. It sets no cookies, runs no analytics or tracking scripts, and stores nothing in your browser. There is no form on it and no payment on it. Nothing you do here is recorded by us.

Our host keeps standard server logs — the ordinary record of requests every web host keeps, including IP addresses. We do not build profiles from them.

02Who else is involved

We are a small business and we use ordinary tools. These are all of them, and what each one sees:

Vercel hosts the site and keeps the server logs above. Cal.com runs the booking form and holds what you type into it. Stripe issues invoices and handles payment — they see your payment details, we never do. Google Workspace carries our email, so anything you write to us sits in a Google mailbox. Discord runs our server and everything you post there is on Discord's systems under Discord's rules.

Each of those has its own privacy policy, and once you are inside one of their products you are covered by theirs, not this one.

03If you book a call

Cal.com handles the booking and passes us what you filled in: your name, your email, your Whatnot handle, what you sell, and who sent you. We use it to run the call and to follow up about working together. Nothing else.

The booking also lands in our calendar, so the fact of the meeting and your email sit there too.

04If you buy a board

Invoices are issued through Stripe, which handles payment details directly — we never see your card number. What we see is the invoice: who paid, for what, and when.

To build the board you send us your logo, your colours and any images you want on the spots. Those stay yours. We use them to build your board and to show that board in our portfolio unless you have told us not to.

05If you email us

We keep the correspondence, the way anyone keeps their email. If it turns into a project, that thread is also the record of what we agreed.

06If you join the Discord

You need a Discord account, which is between you and Discord. Your username, anything you post and anything you send us there live on Discord's systems. We can see what any other member of the server can see.

Joining is free and does not put you on any list of ours.

07What we don't do

We do not sell your information, and we do not share it with anyone outside the tools listed in clause 02. We do not run ads, we do not use tracking pixels, and we do not add you to a mailing list you did not ask for.

We have no interest in your data beyond building your board and talking to you about it.

08How long we keep it

Booking details and email we keep while there is a reason to — an active conversation, a project, or a customer we might hear from again.

Invoices we keep for as long as tax and accounting rules require, which is not our choice. Artwork you sent us we keep so we can rebuild or repair your board later; ask and we will delete it.

09Your board

The file we deliver is self-contained and makes no network requests. It does not report back to us, it collects nothing about you or your viewers, and we cannot see it running. Once it is yours we have no visibility into it at all.

10Asking us to delete something

Write to mike@breaker.studio and say what you want removed or what you want a copy of. We will do it, and we will tell you if something has to stay — an invoice we are required to keep, for instance.

We do this because it is right, not because a statute makes us. You do not need to cite a law and we will not ask you to.

11Children

This is a business service for people running a selling operation. It is not directed at children and we do not knowingly collect anything from anyone under 18. If you think we have, tell us and we will delete it.

12Changes

If we add a tool that changes any of the above, this page changes with it and the date at the top moves. We are not going to quietly start collecting something and leave this page saying otherwise.
