Questions.
- What's the difference between Standard and Starter?
- Only the look. Both get the same Control Panel, every game and every update. Standard is designed from scratch around your brand; Starter is our ready-made board (featured above). Start on Starter and upgrade any time from your account page for $250, so you pay the same $349 in the end.
- Why a monthly fee?
- Because your board is live software, not a picture. The Control Panel runs every break, and we keep adding games, animations and fixes that install themselves between shows. The $50 covers all of it, on up to three computers, at a rate that never goes up.
- Is it a subscription?
- Yes. One payment up front covers your board and your first month; then $50 a month or $480 a year keeps the Control Panel running. Cancel any time: the panel runs to the end of what you've paid for, and the board runs only with the panel.
- Will my board stop working mid-show if your servers go down?
- No. Your board and Control Panel run on your own computer, not on our servers. They check in with us when you open them, and each check-in keeps them running for the next 14 days, online or off. If our servers or your internet go down, your show carries on and nothing changes on stream.
- What if OBS crashes mid-break?
- Restart it. Every sold spot and buyer is still there. Your break survives a refresh, an OBS restart and a reboot.
- Is it allowed on Whatnot?
- Whatnot's Card Breaks Policy bans third-party randomization, so nothing in the board ever picks a winner. Our animations only display an outcome you or Whatnot already decided.
